About BABV

Bridal Association of the Brazos Valley

Established in 1991, we are volunteer operated, member owned, non-profit organization of local wedding professionals who work together to promote buying local when planning a wedding or event.

 We have hosted THE Bridal Shows in the Brazos Valley for 23 years.  Our Shows are THE place for you to meet and speak with Brides one on one.

 All the ticket proceeds from our bridal shows go to a designated local charity.  It is our way or giving back to the community that supports us.

 All member businesses, 100% local, have a personalized profile on our BABV.org website.  The number one wedding planning resource for brides in the Brazos Valley.  You need to be listed at BABV.org.

 Our Bride’s Guide publications, offer tips and ideas to brides for their weddings.  Every member business has an ad in the Guide.  5000+ print copies of each issue are distributed and we have a digital edition at BABV.org.

 Networking opportunities.  Two Banquets, a Holiday party and an Annual Business meeting are held each year.  We provide you with four opportunities each year to visit and build relationships with local wedding professionals.

 We sponsor the Student Event Planners Association, Texas A&M Chapter, a professional student organization that caters to students wanting to gain experience and knowledge in the event planning industry.  Some of our members utilize SEPA students as interns.
