We are a husband and wife team. Brian, the chef, spent over ten years working in professional kitchens and Amanda, who manages the services, gracefully organizes and maintains operations. Together, we strive to encourage and foster a thoughtful and jovial approach to dining. We provide enticing foods sourced from Local Texas Farmers, Ranchers & Fishermen that truly reflects the client's taste and current season at the location of your choosing or at our 15 acre facility in Bryan.
