Submit an Event
Thanks so much for your interest in sharing your work and/or wedding day with the BABV readers!
Submissions We Accept
- Real Weddings featuring our Bridal Association Members (there must be a minimum of one BABV vendor associated with the event to be considered)
- Engagement and Anniversary Shoots
- Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners and Parties
- Travel and/or Honeymoon Features
- Food + Cocktail Features
- Wedding Fashion Features
- Styled Shoots to share new + inspiring ideas with our readers.
All photos must be professional images. Both portrait and landscape, must be at least 1400px wide. Please deliver both portrait and landscape images as close to 1400px in width as possible.
Wedding or Styled Shoot? We’ll need 50-200 (but NOT more than 200) photos including:
- detail shots
Ideally photos should be in Portrait vs. landscape
Engagement, Anniversary, Proposals, DIYs, Corporate features, Parties?
We’ll need 20-50 images
Details to Include:
- Gallery Link to images + any passwords (please do NOT embed or attach images to the email - these will automatically be discarded)
- Photographer Name + Email
- All vendors involved (cake, hair, makeup, rentals, dress, dress shop, tux, tux shop, catering, bar, dj, video, speciality vendors, transportation, venue, etc.)
- Bride’s Name
- Groom’s Name
- Summary or notes on what makes this feature special? (Is it a unique design? Fun atmosphere? Heirloom pieces incorporated? etc.)
When will I know if my submission is going to be featured?
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your wedding or wedding work with the BABV! Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to review submissions. You will receive an email letting you know when we have made a decision, and if we need any additional information from you.
